Description

This paper discusses original development in the science of air conditioning and the lightweight extended surface heat exchangers that became known as coils in the HVAC industry. The history of this development as it was done in Buffalo, New York, by members of what is now the Niagara Frontier Chapter of ASHRAE, is presented as a record of the history of this Chapter.
