Description

Did you ever have a project where the chiller was delivered or started well before the project’s Substantial Completion date? If so, the chiller manufacturer’s warranty may have expired before the “one year from date of Substantial Completion” required by most specifications. If the chiller was one of the statistical few that failed early, you may have had some unpleasant “discussions” about who would pay for the chiller repairs.
