Explains how this should include maintenance of the available supply through safe and efficient recovery from refrigerating and air conditioning systems, proper training of technicians in recovering and handling refrigerants, regular maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, regular analytical testing of refrigerants and refrigeration oils in operating systems, proper purification (reclamation) of used refrigerants to ARI 700 purity standards for continued re-use and accurate record keeping of refrigerants used and reclaimed.
