Description

Improper humidity control is caused by factors such as the mismatch between the building latent load and equipment latent capacity, inappropriate HVAC equipment operation (i.e., turning the equipment off when the building is vacant), building defects (i.e., improperly installed vapor barriers, etc.), or inappropriate building operation (i.e., incorrect building pressurization).
