Description

An extensive review was performed of published data on hot water use; and a data base was developed concerning hot water consumption in various commercial and residential buildings. The data base includes hot water use patterns (hourly, daily, seasonal variations), demographic and climatic factors. This data base was then analyzed to provide a basis for determining where current data of hot water use were not adequate.
